Visual Management Boards being used to highlight KPI’s.
Our visual management boards are now in place, highlighting KPI’s in both Safety & Quality as well as helping visitors to the factory with our new communications board.
In the main production hall & warehouse we have our 5S boards & Safety Cross (a tool for improving both Safety & Quality). A Safety Cross is a visual data collection tool that can be used to identify areas for improvement.
